Shipping Policy

All the orders are posted from Italy (Leghorn) accordingly to the shipping method you chose:

 

International Priority – is our cheapest shipping service, carrier is Poste Italiane (Italian Post) and it doesn’t offer insurance or tracking number. We will not be able to give you any information about the shipping status or provide any shipping proof, indeed it’s just a stamp over the padded envelope.

For this reason we do not recommend to buy this service for order above 25,00 euro.

Delivery time is around 5-7 business days for Europe and 10-30 for rest of the world (customs clearance the main reason for that waiting)

Registered Mail – is our standard shipping service, carrier is Poste Italiane (Italian Post), tracking service is included in the cost and we will automatically add this detail in your order status, you can trace the expedition here: http://www.poste.it/online/dovequando/home.do

When the parcel leaves Italy to enter your country you can trace the expedition also on your local postal service website.

If you paid through Paypal never open a dispute before you received and answer from us, the Paypal buyer’s protection would immediately freeze our money and we wouldn’t able to help you in anyway.

We never left a customer without the items he ordered and paid, even if we are forced to send them a second time, so please always contact us before open a claim to Paypal.
